Bio:

Dr. Kristina Hallett is a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist, TEDx Speaker, and Associate Professor of Psychology at Bay Path University with over 25 years of experience working with organizations and individuals. She is a two-time alumna of the Speaker Salon and two-time member Speaker Who Dares. She is represented by A-Speakers, an international speaker bureau and spends her time traveling around the world sharing information on resilience, harnessing the positive power of stress, self-compassion, and radical self-care. She offers a fresh look at our commonly held beliefs about well-being, serving as a catalyst for change by inviting shifts in mindset, perspective and everyday practices.
Dr. Hallett is the co-founder of a brand-new charitable foundation – ABAR Suffield, Inc., spreading the word on anti-bias, anti-racist community actions. From working with veterans and first responders, to creating a first-time local PRIDE event, to dipping her toe into politics with an endorsement for the Suffield Police Commission, she is dedicated to making a difference and supporting dignity and respect for all people.
Dr. Hallett is the author of three international best-sellers: Own Best Friend: Eight Steps to a Life of Purpose, Passion, and Ease; Be Awesome: Banish Burnout, Create Motivation from the Inside Out, and the Trauma Treatment Toolbox for Teens, as well as hosting the popular podcast Be Awesome – Celebrating Mental Health and Wellness.
